Our organization is seeking play enthusiasts to join our team of volunteers.
We host play dates for children in marginalized communities in DC, the ages of the attendees range from birth -8 years old.
Our play dates consist of storytelling, arts and crafts, science projects, and sensory play. We also have a mobile library, host infant playgroups and giveaway materials.
We are in need of play partners to:
- Read books during storytime
- Assist players (attendees) with arts and crafts and science projects
- Monitor sensory play area
- Set up/breakdown equipment
- Greeters
- Distribute materials
