The time frame for the Operations Management Intern is from October 1, 2023 through September 15, 2024 (Volunteers can work for as long or as short as needed and it can be semester based) and the duties/responsibilities are as follows:
- Will work with the Chief of Staff to implement best practices in staffing processes
- Assist with tracking staff after-hours and weekend work hours
- Develop a system for flextime tracking and operations
- Assist with filing and organizing the time off requests and updates
- Ensuring the information is accurate and consistent
- Will work with the Chief of Staff in support of the MODDHH Internship Program responsibilities
- Internships offer a maximum commitment of 5 hours per week
