The time frame for the Project Management Ambassador is from October 1, 2024 through September 15, 2025 (Volunteers can work for as long or as short as needed and it can be semester based) and the duties/responsibilities are as follows:
- The Project Management Ambassador will be a member of the Effective Communication Program/ECP team supporting our projects related to accessible communication (ASL Interpreters, CART, etc.)
- The Ambassador will be supporting the tracking of financial and operational work for the ECP project and - with the supervision of the Chief of Staff and Operations Assistant - will ensure the seamless execution of the project
- Follow-up with vendors on ECP requests and invoices as needed
- Develop tracking mechanism on quality of vendor operations and agency service requests; update and maintain multiple project trackers
- Conduct benchmarking and perform analysis on computer platforms efficiency; support with reviewing monthly vendor invoicing documents
- This experience offers a maximum commitment of 5 hours per week
