Special Event:
* Arriving at 10am to assist with setup of chess boards, clocks, tables, and chairs
* Checking players in and assisting families upon arrival
* Communicating with parents and answering general event questions
* Helping maintain a calm, positive, and organized environment for participants
* Assisting with food service when applicable
* Monitoring tournament play to minimize distractions and support fair competition
* Providing general event support throughout the day
* Assisting with cleanup and breakdown after events conclude
