We are looking for:
Activity Assistants:
- Guide participants (especially kids!) as they create handmade cards filled with love and encouragement.
- Ensure appropriateness by reviewing cards for respectful, inclusive, and uplifting messages.
- Encourage creativity while offering gentle support and inspiration to card-makers of all ages.
Welcome Ambassadors:
- Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm as they arrive
- Chat with attendees about our mission and the impact we’re making
- Encourage folks to participate in our card-making activity; no art skills are required, just kindness, high energy, and a welcoming attitude.
Set Up Volunteers:
- Arrange tables, chairs, signage, and supplies
- Decorate the space to create a welcoming vibe
- Unpack, organize, and prep materials for activities
- Troubleshoot setup needs and lend a hand wherever it’s needed
Take Down Volunteers:
- Pack up supplies, signage, and decorations
- Organize materials for future use
- Help tidy up the space so we leave it better than we found it
- Work with a fun, supportive team to end the day on a high note
Photographer:
- Take group shots, action shots, and photos of guests holding their handmade cards
- Focus on capturing smiles, interactions, and the spirit of the event
- Text your best shots to Edie before you leave (you can get her number from any booth lead)
