We are seeking an organized volunteer to support our day-to-day communication and administrative tasks. This role is essential in ensuring that our internal operations run smoothly and that messages are responded to in a timely and respectful manner.
Responsibilities:
Monitor the organization’s main email inbox and respond to messages professionally and promptly.
Forward emails or CC the appropriate directors or team leads as needed.
Schedule meetings with directors or other team members when someone requests a conversation.
Maintain and organize our Google Drive, ensuring folders and files are up to date and easy to navigate.
Help flag urgent requests or follow-ups for leadership attention.
