Join us to learn more about the AARP Foundation Experience Corps Reading program. Hosted in Washington, DC by the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Washington, these sessions offer dedicated time for skills practice, engaging in quality talk while reading aloud, and fostering a love for reading in a 1:1 or small group setting.
We are recruiting individuals age 50 and older to serve as reading tutors to help students learn to read at grade level in Washington, DC in partnership with Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Washington. Volunteers will receive expert training in our program’s practices and no pre-existing tutoring experience is required. Please register here.
