Child and Family Service Agency( CFSA) is DC’s child welfare agency, dedicated to protecting children, strengthening families, and ensuring every child has a safe, nurturing home.
Our Recruitment Team works with caring residents, community partners, and local organizations to find and support foster parents who can provide stability and love for children in care.
We believe in strong families, connected communities, and giving every child the chance to thrive right here in the District.
What We Do
CFSA’s Recruitment Team leads the work of finding, engaging, and supporting foster parents who can provide safe, loving homes for DC’s children and youth. We connect caring residents with meaningful opportunities to make a difference, guide families through the licensing process, and partner with community organizations to keep children supported and close to home.
