Who We Are:
We are FurnishHopeDC, a dedicated mix of paid & volunteer persons committed to supporting impoverished residents of Wards 7 & 8 with furniture & household goods (and much more), in hopes of freeing up their time, energy & limited monies so they can move forward with their lives.

We also want them to know there is hope, & people out there who care about them!

What We Do:
We collect gently used furniture & household goods, baby items, in-season clothes, sports equipment incl bb hoops, laptops & more.. to give to residents of Wards 7 & 8 who need support. All of this is free.

We believe there is enough furniture in the DMV area for everyone to have a comfortable home! Another priority is to keep good furniture out of our landfills!
