Join Mayor Muriel Bowser Emancipation Day Parade!
On Saturday, April 15, we are inviting residents of all ages to join us in honoring and commemorating Emancipation Day Parade by volunteering to make a difference right here in the district.
Volunteer opportunities will include:
- Balloon Holder- volunteers to walk in the parade with the Large Helium Inflated Balloons
