We are seeking a responsible ,organized ,and experienced individual to serve as the on site Event Captain for the Zion's Legacy Award Ceremony. This person will oversee volunteers ,coordinate vendors ,and ensure that the event runs smoothly in the organizer absence.
Responsbilites:
- Lead and coordinate all volunteers on site
- Oversee setup and breakdown of the venue,including tables,chairs ,signage ,and decorations
- Serve as the main contact for vendors and volunteers on the day of the event
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise and keep the event on schedule
