We invite you to join us for this year’s DC JazzFest which will take place from Saturday, August 30 to Monday, September 1
Each year over 100 community volunteers lend their time and skills to help us put on the largest jazz celebration in DC! The best part of volunteering is being surrounded by nationally acclaimed jazz artists and being part of what makes DC a unique tourist destination!
There are many volunteer opportunities available and the ways you can contribute to this year’s festival. We need volunteers for merch tables, information booths, survey distribution, registration, and other event efforts. Volunteer shifts are a 4-hour commitment, and you are welcome to signup for as many shifts as you would like. On the Saturday and Sunday of JazzFest at the Wharf, volunteers will receive a free souvenir t-shirt, general admission credentials to enjoy music after your shift, along with water and light snacks to stay hydrated and fueled.
