We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated volunteers to help make our 2nd Annual Anti-Bullying Peace Rally a memorable and impactful event. This family friendly community rally will take place on Saturday, October 25 from 10am-2mp in the Southwest Community (exact address will be provided upon acceptance)
The Peace Rally brings youth, families, and community leaders together to promote kindness, respect, and unity while taking a stand against bullying. With your support, we can ensure this event runs smoothly and leaves a lasting impression on everyone who attends.
Volunteer Roles & Duties:
Greeter & Registration: Welcome guest with a smile, assist with sign-in, and distribute materials.
Youth & Family Engagement: Help with activity stations, games, and arts and crafts tables
Logistic Support: Assisting the Admin team with set-up, breakdown, and event flow.
Hospitality: Provide guidance, hand out refreshments (hydration station)
Community Tabling Support: Help local organizations share resources with attendees
