The Mayor's Office of Community Affairs presents "Ready, Set, File!" - Tips to prepare for Tax Filing
Join the Mayor’s Office of Community Affairs (MOCA) for a free event designed to make tax preparation easy, accessible, and stress‑free for low-income residents and families. Community members are invited to receive no‑cost tax guidance and preparation from qualified volunteers who are ready to help you navigate this year’s filing with confidence. Language access services will be available on-site.
We are looking to identify volunteers to help out with greeting/welcoming attendees into the space, navigating attendees to the correct areas to go and set up/break down.
Date: Saturday, April 4th
Event Time: 10 AM - 4 PM
Location: 899 North Capitol Street NE, 1st Floor Conference Lounge
