Guide visitors from towering dinosaurs in Fossil Hall through Earth’s past, ocean wonders, and hands-on games, into an all-American road trip celebrating the nation’s 250th birthday with interactive exhibits like In Pursuit of Life, Liberty & Happiness. Help create a seamless journey at both museums that sparks curiosity, discovery, and connection.
What You'll Do:
- Co-Lead Exciting Activities: Guide kids through thrilling games, puzzles, crafts, and challenges across various museum halls.
- Make a Difference: Help children learn about multiple parts fascinating history with in America and our Natural world
- Assist in Scavenger Hunts: Facilitate educational scavenger hunts where young minds will explore the museum in search of knowledge and fun!
Volunteer Duties Include:
- Setting up activity stations and supplies (lifting up to 10 lbs)
- Leading games, crafts, and educational demonstrations
- Assisting with scavenger hunts and other learning activities
- Cleaning up and loading out activities at the end of the night (around 11pm)
- Flexibility
for last-minute changes and assignments
