FITDC is celebrating MLK Day with a very special holiday event at the historic Howard Theatre.
Join us for a morning of yoga, journal writing, spoken word, and reflection, while we celebrate the achievements of Dr. King and spend time with our friends and neighbors. I AM THE DREAM encourages attendees' that building a dynamic peaceful foundation within oneself is one of the most important steps in advocating for systemic change.
Volunteers will assist with set up, break down, guiding guests, passing out shirts and journals, and vendor assistance.
