Join Capital Pride Alliance and be part of history as Washington, DC, hosts WorldPride 2025 — one of the largest LGBTQIA+ celebrations in the world, coinciding with the 50th Anniversary of Pride in DC!
We’re looking for enthusiastic, passionate, and community-minded individuals to help make WorldPride an unforgettable experience for more than 3 million attendees across 200+ events.

Volunteer Roles Include:
Whether you’re new to volunteering or a seasoned pro, we have a place for you! Roles will be matched based on your skills and interests. Opportunities include:
- Event Support – Help set up, run, and break down events
- Parade Marshals – Assist with crowd control and participant guidance
- Accessibility Ambassadors – Ensure all guests feel welcomed and accommodated
- Hospitality & Info Booths – Greet attendees and answer questions
- Backstage & Production Crew – Assist performers and stage managers
- Logistics & Operations – Support coordination behind the scenes
- Photography & Social Media – Help capture the magic of Pride
- Health & Safety Team – Help maintain safe and inclusive spaces
