Help keep the Baby and Parent Closet organized at Community of Hope's Family Health and Birth Center in Northeast DC!
The closet is located at the only free-standing birth center in Washington, DC. We are a Federally-Qualified Health Center serving the insured, uninsured, and under-insured residents of DC.
Our patients regularly access this closet for critical supplies such as infant, toddler, and maternity clothing.
Volunteers are needed twice a month to help keep donations organized and easily accessible to our patients. Volunteers can come during the weekday or Saturdays until 3pm and usually work for an hour each shift.
Volunteers will need to attend an orientation and complete a background check for a fee (about ~$25).
