Take The Lead

Co-founded in 2014 by women’s leadership pioneer Gloria Feldt, Take The Lead is a national 501(c)(3) nonprofit advancing women’s equal leadership. We partner with communities, companies, and volunteers to deliver programs and events that drive lasting equity.

Take The Lead closes the gender gap in leadership through training, mentorship, and high-impact events like the Power Up Conference. We equip women of all diversities with the skills, tools, and networks to advance and lead across every sector.
